Course Overview

 This instructor-led course provides students with an introduction to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012. The purpose of this course is to give new users an overview of the benefits of the application, the functionality available, and the underlying technology. Students will have the opportunity to use the application to perform typical end-user tasks.

The intended audience is new users typically working for a Microsoft Dynamics partner that is selling, consulting, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

This module provides a general overview of the features and benefits of using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Module 2: Basic Navigation

This module introduces participants to the application and the basic navigational tools in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Module 3: Enterprise Portal

This module provides a general overview of Enterprise Portal in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Module 4: Reporting

This module provides a general overview of the reporting and business intelligence options in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Module 5: System Administration

This module provides a general overview of some features which that typically are used by a System Administrator in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

Module 6: Technology

This module provides a general overview of the architecture and development environment in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
